3. Third-Party Services

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Provides hosting (Cloudflare Pages), security (Turnstile spam protection), and serverless processing (Cloudflare Workers) for form submissions.   • Resend, Inc. — Used to deliver email notifications of your inquiry to our team. Resend processes the contents of your form submission in order to send this email. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Beyond the above, your personal information is not shared with any other third parties unless required by Japanese law or judicial order.

4. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if a transaction proceeds, for the duration required by Japanese commercial and tax law (typically 5–7 years). Inquiry data for which no transaction was initiated will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe after the inquiry is resolved.
